What if I already have a physical box?

  • e-Njiwa gives you an option of onboarding your physical box on the platform at a fee. Go to https://e-njiwa.com and click on the onboard button.
  • Onboarding an existing physical box : Personal box- 300 /- , Corporate box 600 /-
  • Virtual Personal Box - Kshs. 2,000 /-
  • Virtual Corporate Box - Kshs. 6,000 /-
  • Physical Personal Box - Kshs. 2,560 /-, renewable annually at Kshs. 2,000
  • Physical Corporate Box - Kshs. 10,010 /-, renewable annually at Kshs. 9,450

You can take advantage of the various payment options available via the eCitizen Checkout Options for Paying for your services through the eNjiwa Platform. Simply ensure that your Phone Number is active and with you during Payment.
This will be charged depending on the distance from the nearest Post office or posta agent and the weight of the parcel.
If you don’t have a printer, write the E-stamp code on the envelop and deliver to the nearest post office or the nearest posta agent for printing.
